At SARDI, our team is more than staff — we’re a family united by respect, passion, and the joy of sharing Peruvian culture. Every plate and every smile reflect our commitment to personalized service and genuine hospitality. You’ll often see our chefs and servers connecting with guests, sharing stories behind each dish, and ensuring that every visit feels like coming home.

SARDI was born from the dream of two entrepreneurs, Sophia and James, to share the flavors of Peru with South Florida. The name SARDI honors Sophia’s grandfather, whose warmth, integrity, and love for family meals continue to inspire everything we do.
Chef Sophia, born and raised in Peru, brings her heritage to life through dishes that blend tradition, creativity, and heart.

We take pride in crafting every dish individually, using the freshest ingredients and traditional Peruvian techniques. From our signature Lomo Saltado to our bright and refreshing Ceviche, each bite is a tribute to Peru’s rich culinary diversity — served with the personal touch that defines SARDI.

SARDI proudly opened its doors with the support of Wilton Manors’ leaders and was featured in local media celebrating our authentic Peruvian cuisine and community spirit.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
